当前，全球进入国际科技创新加速演进的关键时期，为促进国际科技人才交流与合作，推动前沿技术突破与产业变革，中国国际人才交流协会将于10月13至16日在“东湖论坛”期间举办前沿科技论坛。本次论坛拟设开幕式、圆桌交流、专题会议、政策推介、对接交流、科普讲座、实地调研等环节，围绕能源技术和材料工程、人工智能与信息计算、生物医学与智能健康等重点方向，邀请中外战略科学家、青年科技人才、企业科技人才进行演讲讨论，并积极开展人才交流对接等相关活动，通过丰富的对话交流与互动形式，搭建开放协作的国际创新平台，促进跨学科交流与合作，为应对全球性挑战提供科技解决方案。本次活动将为受邀参会的高层次人才报销往返国际差旅。
The world has entered a critical phase featured by the accelerated evolution of international sci-tech innovation. To facilitate international exchanges and cooperation among sci-tech talents, as well as to drive breakthroughs in cutting-edge technologies and industrial transformation, the China Association for International Exchange of Personnel (CAIEP) will host the Advanced Science and Technology Forum during the Donghu Forum on October 13-16. The Forum is designed to encompass various sessions, including Opening Ceremony, Roundtable Discussion, Thematic Session, Promotion Conference, Match-making Exchanges, Science Popularization Lectures, and On-site Visit. Focusing on key areas covering energy technology and materials engineering, artificial intelligence and information computing, and biomedicine and intelligent healthcare, domestic and international strategic scientists, young sci-tech talents, and corporate professionals will be invited to deliver speeches and engage in discussions. Additionally, relevant activities for talent match-making exchange will be facilitated. Through diverse forms of dialogue and interaction, the Forum will help build an open and collaborative international innovation platform, foster interdisciplinary exchanges and cooperation, and provide sci-tech solutions to address global challenges.

本次活动将采取“开幕式+圆桌交流+专题会议+政策推介+对接交流+科普讲座+实地调研”架构，包括2场圆桌交流、3场专题会议、1场政策推介对接交流会、多家本地机构的调研考察，旨在理论与实践相结合，充分打通“产学研金用”相互融通，双向赋能产业升级，输出区域合作范式。
With the structure consisting of Opening Ceremony, Roundtable Discussion, Thematic Session, Promotion Conference, Match-making Exchanges, Science Popularization Lectures and On-site Visit, this Forum will feature two panel discussions, three thematic sessions, one promotion session with exchanges, as well as on-site visit of local institutions, with the aim is to integrate theory with practice, fully bridge the integration of “industry, academia, research, finance and application”, empowering industrial upgrading through mutual efforts, and generating paradigms for regional cooperation.
